Spring in Greystone

Hello blog watchers! What a feast for your eyes! Sammo's soft toys got tired of being in the basket in the lounge by the fire so they invaded upstairs, en masse. They are now demanding special privileges. We think Picasso and Cleo put them up to it aided and abetted by the Brussels' doglets. If you look closely you will see the tulips have just flowered. There are some 30 of them and will they be a sight in the next few days. Also the Wisteria tree got too big and was pruned and turned into a support for a bird bath. The blackbirds just love having a wash. 10 cents a go, only problem is they don't use the honesty box left out for them.

The photo of Sadie alias Evan was taken 3 weeks back and just about says it all. Note the attentive look and the apparent high IQ.

This weekend Sam and Sadie travel to New Plymouth to see Thomas and Steve's parents. So until next time blog away.
